End User License Agreement

1. Grant

PrintBench grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the selected application on the number of Windows devices covered by your license.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or distribute the application or remove its notices. You are responsible for the documents and data you process.

3. Ownership

PrintBench and its licensors retain all rights in the software, names and documentation. This agreement grants use, not ownership.

4. Updates and termination

We may provide updates or discontinue a version. The license ends if you materially breach this agreement; you must stop using and remove the software.

5. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as available and PrintBench is not liable for indirect loss or printer output errors. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
