PrintBench is a trading name of Yichang Shandian Advertising Co., Ltd., a company registered in China under company number 91420526MA49072F7C. Our registered address is No. 6 Pipa Road, Xiangxi Community, Zhaojun Town, Xingshan County, Hubei, Yichang 443711, China. In these terms, “PrintBench,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yichang Shandian Advertising Co., Ltd.
Scope
These terms govern use of the getprintbench.com website and PrintBench downloadable Windows applications. By using the website or software, you agree to these terms and the applicable End User License Agreement.
Purchases and billing
Paid PrintBench licenses are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds under the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Current product prices and billing periods are shown on our Pricing page and in Paddle Checkout before payment.
Software licenses
A purchase grants the license rights described on the relevant product page, at checkout, and in the EULA. Unless otherwise stated, a paid license covers one Windows device for the displayed license period. The software and activation key may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or used to bypass device limits.
Acceptable use
You must use PrintBench lawfully. You may not use the website or software to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with our services, circumvent licensing controls, or create or print unlawful material.
Local processing and third-party software
Print files are processed locally on the user's Windows computer. Some printing workflows require separately installed third-party software, such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, WPS Office, or LibreOffice, as described on the relevant product page. These third-party products are not included with PrintBench and are governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website, downloads, licensing service, and software available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing print settings, checking output before a production run, maintaining backups of important documents, and using compatible printers and drivers.
Refunds and privacy
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's applicable buyer policies. Information about how personal data is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms when our products, legal obligations, or business practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain published on this page.
