PrintBench is desktop software for Windows. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our support process.

Information we receive

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. The website may receive basic server logs such as browser type and request time.

Desktop apps

PrintBench Batch, PrintBench VDP and PrintBench Quick process files locally on your Windows device. They do not upload print files to a PrintBench cloud service.

Use and retention

We use support information to answer requests, improve compatibility and maintain licensing. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed.
